Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
Most products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
- Product must not show signs of misuse or wear
- Return request must be raised within the eligible return period
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are generally not eligible for return, unless damaged or incorrect on delivery:
- Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products
- Perishable goods and consumables
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Digital/downloadable products
- Innerwear, cosmetics, and beauty items (if opened/used)
- Clearance / final sale items (unless defective)
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of package and product
- Brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and passes quality inspection:
- Refund will be approved and initiated to the original payment method
- Processing time is usually 5–10 business days
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, additional time may apply
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
5. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- Size issues (where applicable)
- Defective item
- Wrong product received
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and standard return policy will apply.
If prepaid order cancellation is approved, refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed where applicable.
- If return is due to personal preference, size issue, or change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.
8. Items Not Eligible After Use
Returns may be rejected if:
- Product is used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Missing tags, packaging, accessories, or invoice
- Return request made after return window expires
